Right To Dream
Right to Dream is a purpose-driven global organisation of professional football clubs, youth football academies and innovative education provision. Connected to a strong network of international colleges and supported by investors, mentors, and alumni from around the world, their purpose is to change the way people define ‘excellence’.
We have joined forces with Right To Dream to help them grow a dynamic, global workforce comprised of purpose-led individuals through a shared believe that excellence can be found anywhere – it is opportunity that is often lacking.
Our founding client and still going strong. We have worked across a portfolio of roles on both the performance and commercial side, as well as providing advisory services to the new leadership team as they consider their path forward.
Always happy to create processes according to our clients’ needs, we have worked flexibly with the LTA on several roles, including: running a full global search for the Head of Women’s Tennis; partnering with them to find and select a world class coach; and supporting two senior hires across their academies.
Briefed to challenge the status quo, our partnership with the FA started with global searches to find three performance leaders, and led to us building out their teams, before evolving into coaching. A great example of how to start with best-in-class high performance thinking as opposed to the traditions of the game.
